Student Clinic
Clients are an important part of the training at Medes College, and we invite the public to benefit from these offers in order to provide hands-on training for our future professionals.
We offer esthetic services to clients from October to May. Other services will be added periodically throughout the year. Call us in advance at (506) 384-3223 to make an appointment, or send an email to reception@medes.ca, spaces are limited.

Student clinic policy

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Booking times are approximations and may vary according to student skill and speed.

If you would like to book a group, please contact the receptionist to make arrangements by email at reception@medes.ca or by phone at 506-384-3223.

If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you give 24 hours notice by calling 506-384-3223.

Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Please give your name at the reception once you arrive.

Clients will be asked to fill out a consultation sheet during their first visit. Client files from the past school years are destroyed at the end of each school year and are not kept on file.

Clients are encouraged to book their services with a different student each time in order to give them needed experience in all areas.

All treatments are given in a common room. 12 to 14 clients can be accommodated at once, depending on class size.
- Clients are asked to turn off their cell phones or to put them on vibrate to respect the solitude of other clients.

No food or drink is allowed in the treatment room.

We are located at 795 Main Street, Suite 302, which is the same building as Nubody’s Gym. Unfortunately, the building is not equipped with an elevator.

There is no dedicated parking for the college. Clients can park behind the building in the Capitol Theatre parking lot, in the parking garage between Church & Alma Street or at the Moncton Market parking lot on Westmorland Street. Unfortunately, we do not validate customer parking.

Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and Medes College Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are accepted methods of payment.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pedicure clients are asked to bring their own flip-flops or sandals to wear while their nails dry.

Manicure clients are welcome to pay for their services in advance in order to avoid scuffing their nails.
